Foundations of Learning

The School of the Mind Approach

  1. Effective teaching and learning, as well as wholesome recreation, is best realized when it is regularly practiced, relationally processed, and results in greater capacity to respond and to choose.

  2. While spiritual, familial, and interpersonal challenges will continue, learning and recreation can continue to engage and guide us toward real growth/knowledge, useful skills, and healing rooted in sound moral principles.

  3. By encouraging generous donations to worthy causes (See our sample listing of 4 star charities) or accepting community service hours for tuition, School of the Mind supports the union of real fun, mental growth, authentic relational learning and impactful service.

  4. By maintaining respectful face to face interactions, quality innovations and a clean language atmosphere, we support a high level of interpersonal, spiritual and professional development.
